We founded this practice to offer what we call a “second chance” at daily vitality — for adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who feel they’ve quietly lost their baseline and can’t find it again in another app, another challenge, or another aisle of the supplement store.
Our story
2nd Chance Wellness, LLC was founded in 2022 after years of watching smart, capable adults cycle through one short-term program after another — a 30-day reset here, a boutique bootcamp there, a subscription app whose notifications they eventually muted. Each one promised a transformation. Most of them delivered a few good weeks, then faded.
Our founder spent more than a decade coaching busy professionals, parents, and business owners through lifestyle change, and kept seeing the same pattern: the programs weren’t wrong, they were just built for someone else’s life. The missing piece was almost never information. It was a plan that actually fit, and someone paying attention week over week.
Today our team of certified health and wellness coaches brings more than fifteen years of combined experience in behavior change, sleep and recovery coaching, and sustainable nutrition planning. We work privately, one client at a time, and we measure success in the same quiet way our clients do — by how they feel on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, six months in.

Who we work with
Most of our clients are between 35 and 65. They’re thoughtful, accomplished, and they already know the basics. What they’re feeling is subtler: sleep that isn’t quite restorative anymore, afternoon energy that dips earlier than it used to, recovery from workouts or travel that takes a day longer than it should.
They’ve tried tracking apps, general fitness memberships, and the occasional trainer. They don’t need more information — they need a program built around their specific life, their schedule, their constraints, and the goals they actually care about.
We’re not the right fit for
Rapid weight-loss programs
We don’t run 30-day transformations or aggressive cuts. If that’s what you’re after, we’re not your practice.
Medical diagnosis or treatment
We are not physicians and we don’t diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For medical concerns, please work with your doctor.
Prescription anything
We don’t prescribe and we don’t recommend prescription products. Our work is entirely lifestyle — sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, habits.
Our commitment
Consultations happen by email or Zoom. We work with clients anywhere in the United States — no office visit, no commute.
Your intake, notes, and plan are yours. We don’t sell data to third parties and we don’t share client information without written consent.
Questions and check-ins between sessions get a real reply within one business day — from the consultant who knows your plan, not a support queue.
