What most people ask first.

Do I need to be in a specific health situation to work with you?

No. Most clients come to us somewhere between “I’m fine but could feel better” and “I’m tired of feeling this way.” We work with adults navigating energy dips, sleep issues, weight shifts, post-illness recovery, or simply wanting an outside read on their routine.

Are you doctors or medical providers?

We’re consultants and coaches — not licensed medical providers. We work alongside your doctor, not in place of them. If we see something that warrants a clinical conversation, we flag it and refer.

How is this different from a fitness app or subscription?

Your plan is written by a real human after a real conversation, reviewed and refined monthly, and delivered by a dedicated consultant who knows your history. No AI-generated workouts, no rotating coaches, no auto-renewing charges.

Is this fully remote, or do I need to travel?

Fully remote. Every call is over secure video, and your written plan, check-ins, and messages all happen online. Clients work with us from across the country.
